【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribestheconceptualandlogicalarchitectureforautomaticvehicleandEquipmentidentification(AVI/AEI)andsupportingservicesinanintermodal/multimodalenvironment.ThisTechnicalSpecificationpresentsahighlevelviewofAEIintermodalandmultimodalsystemArchitecture.TheTechnicalSpecificationdescribesthekeysubsystems,theirassociatedinterfacesandinteractionsandhowtheyfitintoSystemwidefunctionssuchasManagement,SecurityandInformationFlow.TheArchitectureisproductindependent,e.g.individualmoduleswithinsubsystemse.g.thedatatagmodulewithinthedatacapturesubsystemwillbedescribedintermsofsystemparametersnotintermsofadefinedornamedproductspecification.TheTechnicalSpecificationidentifiesthecontextofintermodal/multimodalAEIwithintheoverallAVI/AEIcontextandkeyexternalinter-dependenciesandinterfacestotheintermodal/multimodalSectorITinfrastructure.TheseincludeinterfacestotheexternalandinternalusersoftheIntermodal/multimodalSystemservicesandtheirassociatedITsystems,interfacestoIntermodal/multimodalmanagementsystems,existingIntermodal/multimodalnetworksandSystemOperations,andspecificallyinterfacestoitemidentificationandthedomainofISO/IECSC31,itemlogisticsStandards.Asanarchitectureitisdesignedtobecomplementaryandinterlockingtothatdomain.NOTElinadditiontotheworkofthisTechnicalSpecification,thereadershouldbeawarethatthereareanumberofongoingarchitectureandterminologyactivitiesinanumberoforganizationssuchastheUNCEFACTandISO/TC154thatrelatetothemovementofintermodal/multimodalgoods.InrespectofthearchitectureconceptsdescribedinthisTechnicalSpecificationitisimportantthattherebeongoingcollaborationbetweentheITScommunityandsuchbodiessuchthatsemanticinteroperabilityandsyntacticcoherencemaybeattainedatinformationexchangesintermodally.ThisTechnicalSpecificationrelatestoAVI/AEIunits,butnottosmallercontainersanditemsbeingtransported.WhilstthearchitecturedescribedwithinthisTechnicalSpecificationshowstheinter-relationshiptotheitemidentificationdomain(seeAnnexA),forsmalleritems(palletloads,trays,parcelsetc.),StandardizationwillbeundertakenbyISO/IECJTC1SC31.SupportingStandardsdevelopedbyISO/TC204willbelimitedtovehicle,trailerandAVI/AEIunitidentification,whereasISO/SC31Standardswillworkfromunitsofpallet(andequivalent)sizedowntoitemlevel.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisintendedtobecomplementaryandconsistentwiththeworkofISO/TC104(ISOContainers).ThisSpecificationextendstheconceptualandcommunicationAVIarchitecturedeterminedinENISO14814andisneitherfrequencynorairinterfaceprotocolspecific.Itprovidesmaximuminteroperability,hasahighpopulationcapability,andprovidesthepossibilityofupwardsmigrationtomorecapablesystems.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotincludetheairinterfacenoranyimplementationaspect,solelythereferencearchitectures.SubsequentStandardsshalldefinedatastructuresforgeneralAVI/AEIandforspecificsectorsofapplication.NOTEThisTechnicalSpecificationpresentsanumberofviewstodescribetheintermodal/multimodalenvironment.Otherorganizations,suchasUN/CEFACT,andotherITSStandards,mayuseviewsthatarebasedondifferentmethodologies.
