【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesminimumrequirementsforthefunctioningandperformanceofbatterychargecontrollers(BCC)usedwithleadacidbatteriesinterrestrialphotovoltaic(PV)systems.ThemainaimsaretoensureBCCreliabilityandtomaximisethelifeofthebattery.ThisstandardshallbeusedinconjunctionwithIEC62093,whichdescribestestandrequirementsforintendedinstallationapplication.Inadditiontothebatterychargecontrolfunctions,thisStandardaddressesthefollowingbatterychargecontrolfeatures:·photovoltaicgeneratorchargingofabattery,·loadcontrol,·protectionfunctions,·interfacefunctions.ThisstandarddoesnotcoverMPPTperformance,butitisapplicabletoBCCunitsthathavethisfeature.Thisstandarddefinesfunctionalandperformancerequirementsforbatterychargecontrollersandprovidesteststodeterminethefunctioningandperformancecharacteristicsofchargecontrollers.ItisconsideredthatIEC62093isusedtodeterminetheconstructionrequirementsfortheintendedinstallationwhichincludesbutisnotlimitedtoaspectssuchastheenclosure,physicalconnectionsturdinessandsafety.Thisstandardwaswrittenforleadacidbatteryapplications.ItisnotlimitedintermsoftheBCCcapacitytowhichitmaybeapplied,however,therequirementsfortestequipmentwhenappliedtoBCCwithhighvoltageorcurrent,forexample,greaterthan120Vor100A,maybedifficulttoachieve.TheseapproachesmaybeapplicabletootherpowersourcesandotherbatterytechnologieslikeNi-Cdbatteriesbyusingthecorrespondingvaluesofcellvoltages.
