【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61338describesthedielectricrodresonatormeasurementmethodforawiderangeofmicrowavedielectricpropertiesinpracticalapplications.Thismethodhasthefollowingcharacteristics:-acompleteandexactmathematicalsolutionofcomplexrelativepermittivityisgivenbyeasycomputersoftware;-themeasurementerrorislessthan0,3%forε'andlessthan0,05×10fortanδ;-theTCFisdirectlymeasuredwithoutanycompensationwithameasurementerrorlessthan1×10/K.Theobjectofthisstandardistodescribethemeasurementmethodsofthecomplexrelativepermittivityofdielectricresonatormaterialsatmicrowavefrequenciesbymeansofthedielectricrodresonatormethodshort-circuitedatbothendsbyparallelconductingplates.Themeasuringparametersareε',tanδ,TCFandthetemperaturedependenceoftanδattheresonancefrequency.Thedielectricmaterialsareassumedtobeisotropicandhomogeneous.
