【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedirectdeterminationofwaterinpetroleumproductsboilingbelow390℃.Itcoversthemassfractionrange0,003%(m/m)to0,100%(m/m).ThisInternationalStandardmaybeapplicabletopetroleumproductsboilingabove390℃andlubricatingbaseoils.However,theprecisionhasnotbeenestablishedforthesematerials.NOTE1Anumberofsubstancesandclassesofcompoundsassociatedwithcondensationoroxidation-reductionreactionsinterfereinthedeterminationofwaterbyKarlFischertitration.Inpetroleumproducts,themostcommoninterferencesarehydrogensulfideandmercaptansulfur,however,concentrationsofthesebelow0,003%(m/m)assulfurwillnotcausesignificantinterferenceovertherange0,003%(m/m)to0,100%(m/m)water.Otherorganicsulfurcompoundscommonlypresentsuchassulfides,disulfidesandthiophenes,donotinterfere.NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterms"%(m/m)"and"%(V/V)"areusedtorepresentthemassandvolumefractionsofamaterialrespectively.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoinstalleddoseratemeters,warningassembliesandmonitorsthatareusedtopreventormitigateaminorradioactiverelease,orminordegradationoffuel,withinthenuclearpowerplants/nuclearfacilitydesignbasis,andtowarnpersonnelortoensuretheirsafetyduringorfollowingeventsthatinvolveorresultinreleaseofradioactivityinthenuclearpowerplants(NPP)/nuclearfacility(NF),orriskofradiationexposure.Thisequipmentistypicallyclassifiedascategory“A”or“B”or“C”or“notclassified”inIEC61226.Itcoversequipmentintendedtoisotropicallymeasureairkerma,ambientdoseequivalentorotherexposurequantitiesduetoXorgammaradiationofenergybetween50keVand7MeV.Theequipmentisintendedprimarilyforthepurposeofradiologicalprotection,andmayplayanauxiliaryorindirectroleintheachievementormaintenanceofnuclearplantsafety.Instrumentsmeasuringoveramorelimitedenergyrangefallwithinthescopeofthisstandardprovidedtheycoveratleasttherangeof80keVto1,5MeV.Assembliesofthistypearecommonlydefinedasarearadiationmonitors.Theyarenormallyemployedtodeterminecontinuouslytheradiologicalsituationinworkingareasinwhichtheradiationfieldmaychangewithtime,forexamplenuclearpowerplants,particleaccelerators,highactivelaboratories,fuelreprocessingplants,andtoprovidealarmswhentheradiationfieldgoesoutsidepredeterminedlimits.Theyarealsoemployedtoactinsafetyrelatedprotectionsystems,suchaspersonnelaccesscontrolsystemswhichallowaccesstoareaswhichcanbesubjecttoradiationfields.Thisstandardalsogivesguidanceapplicabletoequipmentforuseinpulsedradiationfields,forexample,thoseemanatingfrompulsedradiationorparticleaccelerators.Thisguidanceisimportant,sincetheoperationofthemajorityoftheequipmentdefinedbythisstandardinpulsedfieldswillgivefalsereadings.Theassembliesconsideredinthisstandardcompriseatleast:?adetectorassembly(e.g,ionizationchamber,Geiger-Mullertube,scintillationcounters,semiconductors);?ameasuringassembly,whichmaybefittedintoacentralizedpanelwhich,inthecaseofwarningassembliesandmonitors,providessignaloutputsandcontactscapableofactivatingalarmortrip/interlockcircuitsforthepurposeofradiationprotection.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoinstalleddoseratemeasuringassembliesdesignedforspecialapplications(e.g.veryhighdoserates).However,someoftherequirementsmayneedtobeamendedorsupplementedaccordingtotheparticularcharacteristicsofsuchassemblies.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletocriticalitymonitors.Assembliesdesignedtoperformcombinedfunctionsshouldcomplywiththerequirementspertainingtoeachofthesefunctions.Thisstandardspecifiesgeneralcharacteristics,generaltestprocedures,radiation,electrical,safety,andenvironmentalcharacteristicsandtheidentificationcertificatefortheassembliesdefinedabove.
