【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversportable,live-linetool-supported,direct-contacttypecapacitivevoltagedetectorstobeusedonelectricalsystemsbothindoorsandoutdoorsforacvoltagesfrom600Vto800kVwithfrequencyof60Hz.Thefunctionofthevoltagedetectorislimitedtothedetectionofthepresenceorabsenceofnominaloperatingvoltage.1.1.1Thisspecificationisnotapplicabletoothertypesofvoltagedetectors.1.2Theuseandmaintenanceofthesehighvoltagedetectorsandanynecessaryinsulatedtoolhandlesarebeyondthescopeofthisspecification.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;Exceptwherespecified,allvoltagedefinedinthisspecificationrefertophase-to-phasevoltageinathree-phasesystem.Voltagedetectorscoveredbythisspecificationmaybeusedinotherthanthree-phasesystems,buttheapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-ground(earth)voltagesshallbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
