【摘要】:ThistechnicalreportdescribesthecontentsofcalibrationtapesforvariousbroadcastVTRs.Theobjectiveinusingacalibrationtapeistoadjustthemachinesothatitwillgiveoptimumreproductionofafirst-generationverifiedrecording.ThecalibrationsignalsrecordedundercontrolledconditionsonamachinecorrespondingtotherelevantVTRstandard.Thecalibrationprocedureinvolvesplayingbackthetapewhilemakingthenecessaryoperationaladjustmentsasdescribedinthemanufacturer'smanual.Inaddition,trialrecordingsandtheadjustmentoftherecordchainsettingsshouldleadtoasimilarplay-backqualityasobtainedfromthecalibrationtape.
