【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidancefortheselectionandapplicationofmethodstoassessbioavailabilityforthecharacterisationofcontaminatedsoilandsoilmaterials.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotgiveaselectionofthebestapplicablemethods,butspecifiesboundaryconditionsandprinciplesofmethodstobeusedandgivestheminimalrequirementsforthedevelopmentofmethods.Theresultsobtainedfromsuchmethodscanbeusedasanestimateofbioavailabilityinarisk-assessmentapproach.InthisInternationalStandard,whentheterm"soil"isonlyquotedforsimplification,thebroaderterm"soilandsoilmaterial"shallbeconsidered.ThecontaminantsconsideredinthisInternationalStandardaremetals,includingmetalloids,andorganiccontaminants,includingorganometalcompounds.ThisInternationalStandardisalsoapplicabletometalsoriginatingfromnaturalgeologicalandpedologicalprocesses(naturalpedo-geochemicalcontent).ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtosediments.NOTEAnassessmentprocedurebasedonthebioavailablefractionofthetotalamountofcontaminantsinthesoilorsoilmaterialcancontributetothedevelopmentofregulatoryrequirementsofrisk-basedassessmentproceduresforsoils.Accordingtotheprotectiongoalsenvisaged,applicationsofexistingmethodsarerecommendedandtheirlimitationsdiscussed,withtheintentionofpromotingthedevelopmentandintroductionofworkablestandardmethodstobeusedinsoilandsiteassessment.Thesemethodsarerequiredtoallowforthequantificationoffactorsinfluencingbioavailability.
